Don’t get me wrong. I’m not against changing a town’s name when the situation calls for it. I mean, if you live in HitlerVille or Shcittypeople Place, then by all means, do change it. I guess for me, it is more about the people who are calling for the change — out of nowhere, when no one else wanted or asked for it. I find their motivations suspect.
